Spark Advisors

Spark provides Medicare members with a personal agent to help them get the most out of their plan. I designed a responsive health survey used to collect member details to determine if a plan change is appropriate.

Through extensive iterations and usability testing, I designed a tool that allows patients to quickly and easily work through the survey confirming their personal information, prescriptions and provider info around their existing coverage. I was also responsible for designing the agent experience for reviewing an individual's survey data. The survey was a huge success for the annual enrollment period and has become a core aspect of the member experience.
