As SuiteHop is becoming a bigger player in the premium ticketing space, they came to me seeking to improve their entire experience.
Through a large UX effort and brand overhaul, I partnered with SuiteHop to redesign the ticketing platform and introduce a variety of new features. Focused on producing a scalable solution that makes it easy to purchase premium seating for your favorite sporting event or concert, I designed the experience from the ground up. Since it's recent launch the platform is already seeing a remarkable increase in sales and customer satisfaction.
